Neuman Pools, Inc. is a premier builder of aquatic facilities.  Founded in 1973, we have grown from a two person operation to our current staff of over 100 employees, who are experts in areas of planning, designing and construction.  Our portfolio includes:

Our staff has the knowledge and creative imagination to take any project from drawing board to completion.  Our employees are highly skilled in the field of pool construction and with their many years of experience, it makes the transition from concept to finished swimming pool very welcoming.

Randal Neuman    Randal Neuman
President

Randal S. Neuman has been a very active participant in the building of the Company.  He has been involved since the beginning and has experienced the changes and growth within the organization.  His duties have included managing individual crews during the early years to supervising all construction.  Randy has experience in all phases of the construction processes and now serves as President of the Company.



Dawn Salzman    Dawn Salzman
Chief Financial Officer

Dawn has nearly a decade of career expertise in the financial operations of the construction industry, overseeing the allocation of resources and instituting financial direction.  Through displayed proficiency she advanced from the position of Accounting Assistant to positions of increasing responsibility to include Manager, Controller, and ultimately CFO.  She earned her BBA in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Development, and a Master of Science in Accounting.  Dawn is a certified Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), and maintains memberships with the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).



Steve Carncross    Steve Carncross
Director of Pre-Construction Services

Steve had over five years of construction experience before joining the Company in 1998.  His experience included Project Coordinating, Estimating, Designing, Surveying, Engineering and Sales.  Steve is now Director of Pre-Construction Services.



Michael Nelson    Michael Nelson
Pre-Construction Services

Mike Nelson has been with the Company since 1989.  Mike left the field where he was a Foreman, to become the Company’s Estimator, and in 1998 was promoted to Construction Manager.  While estimating, he also took on Project Management.  Mike recently transferred to our Design Build Commercial Sales and Pre-Construction Services.  Mike’s years of experience, knowledge of pool design and swimming pool codes, have given a fresh new look to commercial pools.



Michael Morrall    Michael Morrall
Pre-Construction Services

Mike joined the Company with 25 years’ experience in the construction industry as an Engineer, Project Manager and Sales Representative.  He worked on projects throughout the U.S., and during the rapid expansion years of the indoor water park industry that started in 1995.  He oversees projects throughout the Estimating and Pre-Construction phases.



Gary Brill    Gary Brill
Senior Project Manager

Gary came to the Company in 1996 with over 31 years of construction experience; ranging from residential to light commercial and high-rise construction to large municipal projects.  Gary has been involved in aquatic construction since 1972 and with a degree in Construction and Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, Gary is a valuable asset in the managing of our larger water park projects.



Jeffrey Olson    Jeffrey Olson
Senior Project Manager

Jeff has been in the construction industry since 1987, and working as a Project Manager since 1992.  He has been the Estimator and Project Manager for a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects in the Design Build General Construction field.  Since coming to the Company he has been involved in the Design Build of indoor and outdoor water parks.  Jeff has a degree in Building Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville; this with his past experience allows him to manage any and all sizes of water park projects encompassing aquatics, mechanical, theming, HVAC and electrical from design to construction.



Tom Abel    Tom Abel
Construction Superintendent

Tom has ten years of professional construction experience with an extensive background in Construction Management, Estimating, Scheduling, Trades, Techniques, and Services with an emphasis in Aquatic Design/Build Planning and Construction.  Tom has a Bachelor of Construction Management degree from University of Wisconsin-Stout.



Phil Scharf    Phil Scharf
Construction Superintendent

Phil Scharf has been with the Company since 1980.  Phil’s field experience in all aspects of swimming pool construction and direct supervision of personnel on jobs large and small has made him a valuable asset to the Company and customers alike.  He also carries a Journeyman Plumbers License for the State of Wisconsin.  Phil’s varied experience has allowed him to run small projects to projects exceeding millions of dollars.



Don Budde    Don Budde
Construction Superintendent

Don has been with the Company since 1981.  Don’s experience started in the Service Department and then moved into the Construction Department.  Here he worked in the field for many years building all sizes of projects.  Now Don runs most of our larger projects as a Construction Superintendent.  These projects range up to multi-million dollar contracts.  Don’s experience in construction and service has led him to the top of his field.



Van Johnson    Van Johnson
Construction Superintendent

Van has been with the Company since 1989. He began as a Construction Laborer and then moved to become one of construction’s lead men.  Eventually Van was promoted to Foreman and worked on constructing residential pools and light commercial facilities. Van’s experience and proficiency is the foundation for his current role as Construciton Superintendent.



Joe Wiltse    Joe Wiltse
Construction Superintendent

Joe reviews the plans and layouts for our water park projects.  He controls the momentum of all phases of construction.  Managing the construction of water parks, attractions, and theming.  He coordinates union and non-union crafts to achieve project completion.



Troy Mehlhoff    Troy Mehlhoff
Construction Operations Manager

Troy Mehlhoff joined our team in 2005 with 23 years of Design-Build General Contracting experience that included Superintending, Project Management, Estimating, Purchasing, Sales & Corporate Operations.  He graduated from UW Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration.  He is currently the Construction Operations Manager for the Light Commercial & Residential Division.



Matt Budde    Matt Budde
Construction Field Coordinator

Matt Budde has the responsibility of the day-to-day coordination of all construction personnel, equipment, and resource planning to complete projects in a timely manner while satisfying the customers’ expectations.  Matt came to work for the Company in 1983 and is now one of our key personnel.



Colin Biel    Colin Biel
Construction Field Superintendent

Colin came to work for the Company in 1999, and has an additional 12 years of construction background.  Colin manages our residential projects and is involved from Pre-Construction/Design Services through the completion of the project.  Colin takes a lead role on our Safety Committee and assures the field employees are in compliance with OSHA standards.



Chris Neuman    Chris Neuman
Service Manager

Chris Neuman has been with Neuman Pools for over 15 years with experience in all of the Company’s divisions.  He has served as a Project Manager and Site Superintendent for a wide range projects, including indoor and outdoor waterparks, as well as building bid spec and design build projects.  Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. 



Mark Brzezinski    Mark Brzezinski
Residential/Light Commercial Sales & Design

Mark joined the Company with 20 years of previous experience in Structural Engineering with a focus on design.  He specializes in Pool Studio 3D Sales.  Providing our clients with high-resolution imagery and video of the design vision, just as it would appear when completed.  His designs attain flawless scale and ensure seamless creation.  He is also CPO Certified and Master Pools Guild trained.



Mark Othmer    Mark Othmer
Technical Sales & Support

Mark has been with Company since 1999 starting as a Service Technician, Service Manager, Warranty and Construction Start-up Tech. As a Start-up Tech specialized in back yard pools, hotel pools, municipal pools, and waterparks. Since 2012 he has been in Technical Sales specializing in all sizes of equipment rooms and pools.
