Neuman Pools, Inc. is a premier builder of aquatic facilities. Founded in 1973, we have grown from a two person operation to our current staff of over 100 employees, who are experts in areas of planning, designing and construction. Our company President, Randal S. Neuman, has over 30 years of experience in the planning, designing and construction of our clients’ facilities. Our portfolio includes:

		Randal S. Neuman President Randal S. Neuman has more than thirty years of experience in the design, construction and maintenance of aquatic facilities and has experienced all of the changes and growth in the industry since that time. These facilities are diverse in scope and function. They include indoor and outdoor, public and private, YMCA's, residential homes, to large commercial waterparks. Professional Memberships include National Spa and Pool Institute, World Waterpark Association, Master Pool Guild, ABC and AGC. His duties have included managing individual crews during the early years to supervising all phases of the construction process for large commercial indoor and outdoor waterpark projects. Randy is primarily responsible for leading Neuman Group's multi-talented and diverse construction teams that operate throughout the United States and Canada.



		Cinda S. Keegan Chief Financial Officer Cinda Keegan has fifteen years experience in the general management of the Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Administration, and Human Resource Departments. With multiple years in both a manufacturing environment and large general contractor-construction, along with a BBA from Georgia Southern University; she has all of the industry experience required to oversee the general management of Neuman Pools, Inc.



		Peter Simon Sales and Design Peter was employed in 1984 right after graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration. Through the years he has served the company in many capacities including estimating, project management, marketing, sales and design. He sits on a committee for Code Revision and Adoption for the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. Active in promoting education and safety in the industry, he is a CPO instructor for the National Swimming Pool Foundation and a AFO instructor for the National Recreation and Park Association. These experiences have given Peter a well rounded knowledge of the swimming pool industry.



		Jack A. Laszewski Residential and Light Commercial Sales Jack Laszewski has over 23 years of high-level Sales and Marketing experience from related industries. Jack studied at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh and University of South Carolina majoring in marketing, with minors in Economics and Business Administration. Jack has held positions as national sales and marketing manager and has had experience owning and operating his own family business. Through the years, Jack has been responsible for scheduling, marketing and aftermarket sales. Presently, Jack is responsible for the majority of our residential sales.



		Steve Carncross Director of Pre-construction Services Steve had over five years of construction experience before joining Neuman Pools in 1998. His experience included project coordinating, estimating, designing, surveying, engineering and sales. Steve is now head of the estimating department and also manages a few projects a year. This project management gives Steve the field experience to keep his estimating exact and precise.



		Gary Brill Project Manager Gary came to Neuman Pools with over 29 years of construction experience; ranging from residential to light commercial and high-rise construction to large municipal projects. Gary has been involved in aquatic construction since 1972 and coupled with a degree in Construction and Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, makes Gary a valuable asset in the managing of our larger water park projects.



		Jeffrey Olson Project Manager Jeff has been in the construction industry since 1987, and working as a project manager since 1992. He has estimated and project managed a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects in the design build general construction field. Since coming to Neuman Pools he has been involved in the design build of indoor and outdoor waterparks. Jeff has a degree in Building Construction Management from University of Wisconsin, Platteville; this with his past experience allows him to manage any and all sizes of waterpark projects encompassing aquatics, mechanical, theming, HVAC, and electrical from design to construction.



		Michael Nelson Project Manager Mike Nelson has been with the Company since 1989. Mike left the field, where he was a foreman, to become the company’s estimator. While estimating, he also took on project management. In 1998 he was promoted to a Project Manager. Mike’s field experience, estimating and project management experience coupled with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh gives him unique knowledge and insight for running our Commercial Projects.



		Chris Neuman Service Manager Chris Neuman has been with Neuman Pools for over 10 years with experience in all of the companies divisions. He serves as a Project Manager and Site Superintendent for a wide range of projects, including indoor and outdoor waterparks, as well as building bid spec and design build projects. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering. Chris brings vast knowledge and experience to the projects on which he works.



		Troy Mehlhoff Construction Operation Manager Troy Mehlhoff has been with the company since 2005. He graduated from UW Madison with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Administration. He brings 23 years of Design-Build General Contracting experience that includes Superintending, Project Management, Estimating, Purchasing, Sales and Corporate Operations. He is currently the Construction Operation Manager for the Light Commercial and Residential Division.



		Phil Scharf Construction Superintendent Phil Scharf has been with the Company since 1978. His field experience in all aspects of swimming pool construction, plumbing, and direct supervision of personnel and subcontractors on jobs large and small has made him a valuable asset to the company and customers alike. He also carries a Journeyman Plumbers License for the State of Wisconsin. Phil's varied experience has allowed him to run small projects to projects exceeding millions of dollars. 		Don Budde Construction Superintendent Don has been with the Company since 1981. His experience started in the Service Department as a Technician and then was promoted into the Construction Department as a Lead man. Here he worked in the field for many years building various size projects. He was promoted to Foreman due to his extensive knowledge of process, accuracy, and training other employees. Don has extensive knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations and sits on our Safety Committee. His commitment to safety is proven by his projects not having a reportable accident in over seven years. He now manages several of our larger projects as a Construction Superintendent. The projects he is assigned range from one million to twenty million dollar contracts with multiple facets including supervision of crews and subcontractors, material procurement, managing budgetary guidelines and safety regulations. Don's experience in construction and service has led him to the top of his field. 		Joe Creswell Construction Superintendent During the period between 1985 to 1988, Joe worked in the construction industry with a concrete company that did residential, commercial, and industrial flatwork. From 1988 to 1995 he was a Field Superintendent/Project Manager for a company out of Illinois that built waterparks much like Neuman Pools. Joe has worked all over the country building water slides, wave pools, splash pools, lazy rivers, water play areas, even go-cart track complexes. In 2004 he started working for Neuman Pools on our large design-build projects and has been a great asset to the company with supervision of crews and subcontractors, material procurement, OSHA and safety guidelines, and working efficiently to stay within our budgetary guidelines. 		Jeff Webster Construction Superintendent Jeff has been with Neuman Pools for over 26 years. He began with the company in construction in 1981 and has experiences in building all types of projects. Currently Jeff is in charge of large indoor water parks.



		Van Johnson Construction Superintendent Van has been with Neuman Pools since 1989. He began as a construction laborer and then moved to become one of construction's lead men. Eventually Van was promoted to Foreman and worked on constructing residential pools and light commercial facilities. Van's experience has lead him to be recently promoted to Construction Superintendent.
