Randal S. Neuman President
Randal S. Neuman has been a very active participant in the building of the Company. He has been involved since the beginning and has experienced the changes and growth within the organization. His duties have included managing individual crews during the early years to supervising all construction. Randy has experience in all phases of the construction processes and now serves as President of the Company. |

Cinda S. Keegan Chief Financial Officer
Cinda Keegan has over ten years experience in managing the Accounting, Finance, and Human Resource Departments of the previous companies she was employed. With several years at both a manufacturing environment and a large general contractor-construction, and a BBA from Georgia Southern University; she has all of the special experience required to manage the financial and budgetary aspects of Neuman Pools, Inc. |

Peter Simon Commercial Sales and Design
Peter was employed in 1984 right after graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration. Through the years he has served the company in many capacities including estimating, project management, marketing, sales and design. He sits on the State of Wisconsin Swimming Pool Advisory Code Committee working to update the pool code. Active in promoting education and safety in the industry, he is a CPO instructor for the National Swimming Pool Foundation and a AFO instructor for the National Recreation and Park Association. These experiences have given Peter a well rounded knowledge of the swimming pool industry. |

Jack A. Laszewski Residential and Light Commercial Sales
Jack Laszewski has over 23 years of high-level Sales and Marketing experience from related industries. Jack studied at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and University of South Carolina majoring in marketing, with minors in Economics and Business Administration. Jack has held positions as national sales and marketing manager and has had experience owning and operating his own family business. Through the years, Jack has been responsible for scheduling, marketing and aftermarket sales. Presently, Jack is responsible for the majority of our residential sales. |

Steve Carncross Director of Pre-construction Services
Steve had of over five years of construction experience before joining Neuman Pools in 1998. His experience included project coordinating, estimating, designing, surveying, engineering and sales. Steve now is a head of the estimating department and also manages a few projects a year. This project management gives Steve the field experience to keep his estimating exact and precise. |

Gary Brill Project Manager
Gary came to Neuman Pools with over 29 years of construction experience; ranging from residential to light commercial and high-rise construction to large municipal projects. Gary has been involved in aquatic construction since 1972 and coupled with a degree in Construction and Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, makes Gary a valuable asset in the managing of our larger water park projects. |

Jeffrey Olson Project Manager
Jeff Olson has 12 plus years in the construction field as a project manager. He has estimated and project managed a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects in the design build general construction field. Since coming to Neuman pools he has been involved in the design build of indoor and outdoor water parks. Jeff has a degree in Building Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin Platteville; this with his past experience allows him to manage any and all sizes of water park projects encompassing aquatics, mechanical, theming, HVAC and electrical from design to construction. |

Michael Nelson Project Manager
Mike Nelson has been with the Company since 1989. Mike left the field, where he was a foreman, to become the company’s estimator. While estimating, he also took on project management. In 1998 he was promoted to Construction Manager. Mike’s field experience, estimating and project management experience coupled with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh gives him unique knowledge and insight for running our construction department. |

Chris Neuman Project Manager/Site Superintendent
Chris Neuman has been with Neuman Pools for over 14 years with experience in all of the companies divisions. He serves as a Project Manager and Site Superintendent for a wide range of projects, including indoor and outdoor waterparks, as well as building bid spec and design build projects. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering. Chris brings vast knowledge and experience to the projects on which he works. |

Troy Melhoff Construction Operation Manager
Troy Mehlhoff graduated from UW Madison with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Administration. He brings 23 years of Design-Build General Contracting experience that includes Superintending, Project Management, Estimating, Purchasing, Sales & Corporate Operations. He is currently the Construction Operation Manager for the Light Commercial & Residential Division. |

Matt Budde Construction Field Coordinator
Matt Budde has the responsibility of the day-to-day coordination of all construction personnel, equipment and scheduling for all residential and light commercial contracts. Matt has 18 years of construction experience as one of Neuman Pools, Inc. top foreman. |

Phil Scharf Construction Superintendent
Phil Scharf has been with the Company since 1978. Phil’s field experience in all aspects of swimming pool construction and direct supervision of personnel on jobs large and small has made him a valuable asset to the Company and customers alike. He also carries a Journeyman Plumbers License for the State of Wisconsin. Phil’s varied experience has allowed him to run small projects to projects exceeding millions of dollars. |

Don Budde Construction Superintendent
Don has been with the Company for over 25 years. Don’s experience started in the Service department and then moved into the construction department. Here he worked in the field for many years building all sizes of projects. Now Don runs most of our larger projects as a construction superintendent. These projects range up to multi-million dollar contracts. Don’s experience in construction and service has led him to the top of his field. |

Joe Creswell Construction Superintendent
From 1985 to 1988, Joe worked in the construction industry with a concrete company that did residential, commercial, and industrial flatwork. From 1988 to 1995 he was a field superintendent/project manager for a company out of Illinois that built waterparks much like Neuman Pools does. Joe has worked all over the country doing slides, wavepools, splash pools, lazy rivers, water play areas, even go-cart track complexes. In 2004 Joe started working for Neuman Pools after meeting with the company on a pool project. |

Jeff Webster Construction Superintendent
Jeff has been with Neuman Pools for over 26 years. He began with the company in construction in 1981 and has experiences in building all types of projects. Currently Jeff is in charge of large indoor water parks. |

Van Johnson Construction Superintendent
Van has been with Neuman Pools since 1989. He began as a construction laborer and then moved to become one of construction’s lead men. Eventually Van was promoted to Foreman and worked on constructing residential pools and light commercial facilities. Van’s experience has lead him to be recently promoted to to Construciton Superintendent. |

Kelly Sears Superintendent
Kelly has been with Neuman Pools since November of 2004. As a Project Superintendent he is responsible for the scheduling of work and materials, quality assurance, code compliance and safety compliance. Kelly has a Civil Engineering Degree from UW Platteville, with a double emphasis in Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering and also has 30 hours of training from OSHA. |

Matt McClanaghan Superintendent
Matt has been with Neuman Pools since August of 2005. He is in charge of scheduling subcontractors and oversees the projects on a daily basis. He also keeps the owner informed on the staus of each project. Matt has experience as an apprentice for a carpenter and was a field superintendent, until he moved into Construction Management where he has worked on large scale projects. |
